Welcome to The Principled Capitalist
A Nonprofit Commitment & Tax Paying Societal Partner
The Principled Capitalist, LLC (TPC) is committed to educational endeavors and not making profit. A structure chosen resulting from one of several surprising findings discovered through the journey in the book "America 5.0". All products and services are educational. No salary, if one is taken, will exceed the bottom 10% for any position as published in Professionals for Nonprofits Group (PNP) report “Nonprofit Salaries and Staffing Trends.” All net proceeds after direct expenses, which are limited to rent, salaries, utilities and other costs needed to operate (no investors or investor payouts, no real estate not directly occupied, or other unrelated investments permitted) will be distributed to the National WWII Museum, Urban Institute, Prison Policy Institute, and United States Holocaust Museum. Their work for the betterment of our country is acknowledged, appreciated, and referenced throughout America 5.0. A written nonprofit commitment from a Limited Liability Corporation that in turn provides full tax support of local schools, firefighters, police and other services through taxes.

About the Founder & Company
"The Principled Capitalist, LLC" (TPC) is the company solely responsible for commissioning the book "America 5.0", this website, and any offerings. The name of the company was chosen by the books author Chuck Marvin, as it represents a key takeaway from the work. That is we have enslaved portions of America's citizenry through unprincipled and in some cases unconstitutional policies and programs. The journey taken in the book results in several unexpected findings with one being how a principled society where most everyone may become an entrepreneur while also knowing most may not choose this path, will unleash an untapped human resource eliminating extreme poverty and benefiting all including society's elite. This society is within our reach and vital as humans acclimate to a world with AI.
Chuck, along with his wife and business partner are entrepreneurs having started a successful construction consulting business in 1994 on the back of high interest credit cards. Politically unaffiliated for decades, Chuck has published articles on asset management, the environment, working with hazardous material, green buildings, and worker safety receiving the Horowitz Award for excellence in writing. As Chuck explains, "We understand capitalism is good but like so much in our society has been abused by those not ensuring their values are in harmony with principles. After three decades we have sold our business and together with my forever partner have turned our efforts to this new endeavor: building a better America.
Our Mission
At The Principled Capitalist, we are dedicated to fostering unity and understanding in America. We believe in promoting the understanding and adaptation of principles to break the centuries old practice of recycling divisive topics like religion, race, class, identity, and more.
